In 1953, Mr André Dupont, the son of Mr Simon Tissot Dupont, created the brand's first ladies' handbag, the Riviera, for Audrey Hepburn. The bag was presented as a limited edition and featured a secret compartment. Like the original icon, the updated Riviera also features a secret pocket hidden in the lining of the bag, which is secured by a ‘lighter padlock’ adorned with the brand's iconic guilloché diamond head. This bag is distinguished by its new beige colour, accompanied by golden palladium finishes. An elegant and timeless colour, perfect for an elegant look. This Italian-made bag combines soft, smooth full-grain calf leather on the outside and a full-grain cowhide lining with an adjustable strap for versatile style. The leather used is LWG certified.
