PROTECTING OUR ENVIRONMENT

ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT
The Balance Between Craftsmanship and Respect for Nature
At S.T. Dupont, our dedication to artisanal excellence goes hand in hand with our respect for the environment. We are aware of our responsibility to the planet and implement practices to minimize our ecological impact while maintaining the quality of our creations.

RESPONSIBLE WASTE MANAGEMENT
A Tradition of Reduction and Recovery
We have established a rigorous waste sorting system, covering various categories such as paper, metal, plastic, glass, and wood. Each type is managed with the utmost care to maximize recycling opportunities. Our commitment also extends to managing hazardous waste securely in partnership with specialized operators, ensuring safe disposal or regeneration according to regulations.
RECYCLING AND PRECIOUS MATERIAL RECOVERY
The Art of Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of our production process, demonstrated by our high brass recycling rate of 73% after machining. We also optimize the recovery of precious metals, including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium, using reprocessing methods for finished products, semi-finished goods, and plating residues.
WATER MANAGEMENT
Preserving a Vital Resource
We ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for treating wastewater, opting for sustainable solutions like integrating treated water into cement production rather than incineration. We also take proactive measures within our production chain to reduce industrial water consumption.

EMISSION CONTROL AND POLLUTION PREVENTION
A Rigorous Commitment
We maintain strict control over residual emissions, continuously measuring metal concentrations before discharge and complying with the most stringent standards to prevent pollution. We also monitor air emissions from production processes and solvent consumption, conducting regular audits to ensure full compliance with environmental standards.
Our pillars
Our sustainability efforts focus on three main pillars: Environment, Employees, Sourcing.
