The legacy of excellence began in 1973, when S.T. Dupont responded to an iconic request from Jackie Kennedy by creating a pen to match her famous Ligne 1 lighter. Although the Maison had never produced writing instruments before, it rose to the occasion. The result was a beautifully engraved gold pen that immediately became one of Jackie’s favourite accessories. From that moment, S.T. Dupont established itself as a pioneer in the world of luxury pens, offering writing instruments that are as elegant as they are innovative. The hallmark goldsmith’s guilloche and lustrous Chinese lacquer transform these functional objects into true works of art.

In 2023, S.T. Dupont reimagined its emblematic Line D collection with the introduction of Line D Eternity. These new pens are slimmer and more refined, featuring a contemporary silhouette enhanced by vibrant colours such as coral and turquoise. The new “sword” clip subtly references the power of the written word, paying homage to the famous maxim, “The pen is mightier than the sword.”

The collection is available in three sizes – Medium, Large and XL – offering a perfect fit for every hand, whether male or female. Whether one prefers a ballpoint, rollerball or fountain pen, each model delivers exceptional writing comfort and calligraphic precision, made possible by 14 carat gold nibs individually tested in the Faverges workshops.

Line D Eternity pens are distinguished by their refined metalwork and radiant Chinese lacquer. Medium and Large models feature a diamond-shaped guilloche finish in yellow gold or palladium, while the XL version introduces a bold diagonal guilloche, a symbol of modernity and audacity.
